Elizabeth Smith is delighted to bring a fresh approach to the real estate market in the Sandhills region. A seventh generation Sanford native, Elizabeth graduated from Lee Senior High School and went on to pursue a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Meredith College. After graduating, she worked her way up through the sales organization of the industry-leading provider of environmental services in North America where she achieved top sales status consistently, and was recognized by the corporation.
Confident, knowledgeable and energetic, Elizabeth has transitioned her successful sales focus to real estate, going the extra mile to offer clients the highest level of responsive service, commitment and integrity with her work every day. She implements the latest technology for her clients to effectively join buyers and sellers. Elizabeth is overjoyed to have represented the Sanford Area Association of Realtors as their 2012 board president. During her tenure she served as a competent leader and provided assistance to the association and its members.
Elizabeth has received her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) certification which will enable her to better serve buyer clients. In addition she is also certified as a Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) agent.
