We worked with Elizabeth during the Summer of 2010. I don’t know if that was the worst time to put your home on the market but it definitely wasn’t a good time. She not only got our home sold in about 4 months when the average for most homes during that period is over a year, but also worked above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and get a good price for our house.

Our contract with Smith Group Realty was signed on January 28, 2011. The first showing was within one week; the house was under contract within 21 days. The closing was April 6, 2011, which was less than 10 weeks from the original contract. From our wonderfully short period of initial listing to the final closing, Elizabeth was a joy to work with. And most importantly were her people skills, which came naturally to Elizabeth. Her caring, personal involvement for both the sellers and buyers made this a very pleasant transaction for everyone.

We moved from Portland, Oregon. We had been referred to Elizabeth Smith with Smith Group Realty, and were satisfied at every turn. She found out what we wanted and then found it for us. A lot happens when one buys a house, especially in our situation, and Elizabeth was particularly good at keeping us informed and making sure everything got done. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions about what kind of house we wanted, where we wanted to live, what we could afford, etc. Our Realtor, Elizabeth Smith, went above and beyond and helped us find our perfect home.
